Subject-Tos: Subject-to is a real estate investing strategy where an investor takes over the existing mortgage on a property without formally assuming the loan. The investor becomes responsible for making the mortgage payments and gains ownership of the property, while the original homeowner’s name remains on the loan. Seller Financing:  Seller Financing is when the seller helps to finance your purchase from them.  Examples would be they could hold a mortgage on the home, essentially being the bank for your purchase.  Sometimes they might hold the entire amount of the purchase and sometimes it might be a portion of it.  It is all negotiable. 


Wholesaling: Wholesaling is a real estate investing strategy where an investor finds a property at a discounted price and then assigns the contract to another buyer for a fee. The wholesaler acts as a middleman, connecting motivated sellers with buyers who are looking for investment opportunities. Wholesaling can be a quick way to generate income without the need for significant capital or long-term ownership of the property.
